The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. It made exploring the area super easy. I appreciated the secure underground parking, it was a huge plus for our stay. The room was quite clean, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the mattress in our standard room was uncomfortable. The ventilation system was noisy, disrupting our sleep. I felt the breakfast was a bit on the pricier side considering the room rate, but it did have a decent variety. The decor in some areas seemed a bit dated, which was a slight downer given the hotel's overall vibe. I noticed a lack of basic amenities in the bathroom, like a plug for the basin.

the location is super central, right by a nice square with cafes and restaurants. the room was really comfy and quiet, def enjoyed that! also, the underground car park was a major win for us. staff were friendly and helped us with everything. we ended up eating at the hotel and wow, the food was surprisingly good.
the room coulda used a bit more wardrobe space and there was just one welcome drink for two people, kind of a bummer.

The hotel is conveniently located near a lovely square with several cafes and restaurants, making it easy to grab a meal or drink. On my first night, I dined at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety to start the day. It was a smooth place to stay during my trip to visit the Museum of Angouleme, just a short walk away.

The brekkie was a highlight, real lekker quality. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, despite their English being a bit dodgy. The location's a major win, right in the heart of things so everything’s a quick walk away!
The shower pressure was a bit weak, which was a schlep after a long day.

We loved our spacious room, perfect for the family, with a charming atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, especially the fresh juice and coffee. Plus, the hotel is just a stroll from the vibrant food market, making mornings exciting for all of us, including mum.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Couple exploring a mixed bag of experiences
The room was spotless, and I got great help from the staff finding a good restaurant for dinner. Oh, the breakfast buffet was something else, heaps of options like pancakes and cheeses, really nice.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still decent for what you get.
